At Fox Baby & Co we want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you're not happy with your new item/items all you have to do is email us at hello@foxbabyandco.com.au to request the return and for the return address. We offer a store credit only and its a 14 day policy from the day you received the item.

1. We recommend sending your parcel back in a tracked satchel so it doesn't get lost in the post as we are not responsible for any lost items.

2. We don't provide a refund for your return post cost unless the error was made by us Fox Baby & Co. The item/ items must be unworn with the tags still attached and have no smell perfume, smoke ect.


In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Fox Baby & Co is not required to provide a refund or exchange if you make a wrong selection, if you need a different size or change your mind. This includes payments made by Afterpay. We offer exchange, store credit ( refunds only on faulty items only or incorrect item sent by Fox Baby & Co) within 14 days of delivery date.


* Worn and/or washed clothing or accessory of any type including bows, turbans, headbands, sunglasses, socks, beanies.

* Gift cards

For faulty items we will send a replacement of the item at our expense if requested or offer a refund.


As per Consumer Affairs and under the Fair Trade Authority, we can only offer an exchange or credit for any change of mind orders. Refunds are only applicable to faulty items. We do not refund for any change of mind purchases, sizing faults, or requests for cancel your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, with the 5-7 business days.

This excludes customers input errors such as incorrect addresses and missing apartment/ unit numbers. Please ensure your full address is entered correctly at the time of checkout prior to completing your order.

We offer exchange or store credit for any reason - change of mind, sizing issue ect. We only refund items if they arrive defective or damaged if you need a refund, send us an email at hello@foxbabyandco.com.au and we will be happy to help.

Any change of mind orders or incorrect sizing orders made not at Fox Baby & Co error will be provided a store credit to re order the product they wish to exchange it for however we do not do refunds on sale items they are final and cant not return for store credit.
